Needledrop Application & Rate Sheet
Pricing effective November 21st 2007. All rates are subject to change without notice. License application must be filled out completely, legibly and either mailed to us or faxed to us within 5 days of use or license WILL NOT BE GRANTED. There are several penalties for submission of a license application post-Broadcast. Submission of a license application does not guarantee usage rights. If you have not received license/invoice from us, you're not cleared for usage.

TERMS:
1. USE - Each time a piece of music starts & stops within a production.
2. PREMIUM CABLE TV - Showtime, HBO, etc.
3. ALL BROADCAST MEDIA - Includes Free,Basic & Premium Cable TV, Radio, Internet.
4. ALL MEDIA RIGHTS - Includes All Broadcast Media plus Home Video/DVD and Pay-Per-View.
5. WORLDWIDE BROADCAST - Broadcast in two or more countries.
6. PRODUCTION BLANKET - Unlimited synchronization usage in one production. Not available for commercials or promos.
7. REGIONAL - any of the top three DMAs, or no more than three contiguous DMAs, or any one state in the US.
