MODULES 2 ARRIVES!

January 26, 2006

Dear Clients/Shareholders:

Every year, 26% of all new businesses fail. Unfortunately, during the 2005 calendar year/ the VideoHelper, Inc. family of companies owned five of them:

THE HOMELESS DEPOT - Our chain of stores that boasted "No shirt, no shoes -- no problem!" failed after the first day when all shopping carts were stolen.

BRAND-NAME DRUG PLACEBOS: This year, we ceased production of Swindlecillin, Fraudumylcin, Imitatrin and the really unpopular Jonathan Rhys-Myercin. We overestimated the value of "designer" placebos and lost considerable market share to less expensive "generic" placebos (sugar pills and Tic Tacs).

PLANT PARENTHOOD - This chain of flower shops suffered huge losses when firebombed by waves of semi-literate/sight impaired protesters. Strangely similar to last year's torching of our chain of Absorbtion Clinics.

SHAKESBEER'S: Based on the success of the bookstore/coffee shop chains, this unsuccessful chain of bookstores with bars closed after a gin-soaked Margaret Atwood fatally stabbed a customer.

'TARDS DANCE SHOPS: Specializing in sales of leotards, unitards and other form-fitting clothing for movement, its slogan: "Home for the Severely Unitarded" failed to catch on -- or even pass network censors for TV advertising. Surprisingly, also firebombed in 2003. Rebuilt and firebombed again last year.

VIDEOHELPER PRODUCTION MUSIC LIBRARY: Our flagship company reported the mathematically impossible losses of over 653% during 2005 as compared to the previous year, but miraculously remained in business. This higher than 100% loss could be due to outraged clients torching the homes of various company officers during the 2005 fiscal year.

In an effort to appease angry shareholders, clients and torch-wielding villagers, VideoHelper is releasing Disc 30 1/2: MODULES [2]: Adventures in Narrative Sound Design, a follow-up to our breakthrough, now-legendary Disc 25 1/2: MODULES.

Each of the 135 cues is comprised completely of sound design elements that are designed to set an emotion and build on it -- while suggesting visuals and telling a story. Editable modular hits/transitions throughout can be used interchangeably to create new stroke-inducing frameworks.

Divided into four sections the disc includes the INTENSE section, ranging from the exploding orchestral sounds of "Severe Dischord", to the time-twisting "Shifting Seconds", to the catastrophic, crumbling sounds of "Fat Man, Thin Ice."

The POSITIVE section ranges from the tinkly, heaven-like sounds of "Wishpool" to the ginormous Rockstrosity that is "Enter Stage Left." The RISES section features tracks that grow in size and density, like the machine-like, creaking sounds of "Infinity Curve" to the escalating percussive action-fest "Harder, Faster."

The cleverly-titled ATMOSPHERES/DRONES section - is, surprisingly, atmospheres and drones.

Enjoy the disc and remember to check out our new PLAY search engine at www.playvh.com!
